Had the wifi rgbic strip light twin set short out. contacted support and within a week or so they sent out a refurbished replacement set. plugged them up to make sure they worked but haven't had time to install them and really put them to the test!

I've reached out to you atleast 6 times regarding one if my items being defective. I've been trying to get a return label for 3 weeks and continue to get the run around. Your 30 day money back guarantee appears to mean nothing. I've also contacted Pay Pal because I use them to purchase these lights. I got a confirmation last night that they've now reached out to you regarding this matter. In the meantime I also purchased from you the 150 ft permanent outdoor lights, which I'd like to say are up and look great. I would just like to settle the matter of my original purchase and receive a full refund.
